Wear Paws LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Wear Paws,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates wearpaws.com. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and handle information through our current pre-launch website, waitlist, market-research survey, and related communications.
Waitlist. When you join our waitlist, we request your email address so we can send you Wear Paws product news and launch updates.
When you join the waitlist, we also record your affirmative signup consent, submission time, and page and consent versions. We may record predefined campaign or referral labels supplied in the link you used. We use these records to manage subscriptions and understand which outreach brings people to Wear Paws. Campaign labels are not intended to contain names, email addresses, or participant identifiers.
Market-research survey. Our survey asks about your age range, product opinions, purchase intent, gender, pet ownership, and who you would buy the product for. It does not request your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, school, or other direct identifiers. Please do not include identifying or sensitive personal information in any written responses.
Waitlist email addresses are stored separately from survey responses. Completing the survey does not subscribe you to the waitlist.
Communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
Technical information. Our website and form-processing providers may automatically process information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, and submission timestamps to deliver the website, process forms, troubleshoot problems, and prevent spam or misuse. Although our survey does not request direct identifiers, technical information may accompany a submission, so we do not describe responses as completely anonymous.
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Font-delivery requests may provide Google with technical information such as an IP address and browser information. Netlify also provides website delivery and performance measurement, which may process technical information about page loading and website use. We do not combine survey answers with waitlist email records.

Survey participation and waitlist signup are voluntary.
We use Netlify to process website forms and store submissions. We may copy submissions to Google Sheets for internal organization and analysis, while keeping waitlist email data separate from survey responses.
Information may be accessible to authorized Wear Paws personnel and service providers supporting website operations, data storage, internal analysis, and email communications, as needed for those purposes.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, respond to security incidents, or protect the rights and safety of Wear Paws and others.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
We do not currently use targeted advertising, advertising pixels, or advertising trackers on this website.
Our service providers may process technical information or use technologies necessary to deliver forms, maintain security, and prevent abuse. These operational activities are separate from targeted advertising.
We do not track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising purposes. Our current practices do not change in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal.
You can unsubscribe from product and launch emails using the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting legal@wearpaws.com. We may retain a limited record of your unsubscribe request to ensure we respect it.
You may also contact legal@wearpaws.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your request.
Because the survey does not request direct identifiers, we may be unable to identify which response belongs to you. We cannot promise to locate, change, or delete a particular response when we cannot reliably associate it with you.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, taking into account whether you remain subscribed, whether information is still useful for pre-launch research, and any applicable legal or security needs. We periodically review retained information and delete it or remove identifying details when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and limit access to people who need it for their work. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Our providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Our website, waitlist, and survey are intended for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The survey stops respondents who select “Under 13” before collecting further survey answers. If you are under 13, please do not join the waitlist or send us personal information.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact legal@wearpaws.com so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
We may update this notice as our website or information practices change. We will post the revised notice here and update its effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
